Iscaffold Aotearoa:
- Providing safe and reliable scaffolding solutions.

Trades United Initiative:
- Helping Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) position themselves to tender for larger projects. SMEs are businesses with fewer than 50 employees, playing a crucial role in the economy by driving innovation and providing employment. Whakamana is the governance behind this nationwide groundbreaking concept that brings together industry trades to tender for Tier 1 projects and beat procurement hurdles.

Paharakeke Trades United:
- A community-based building cohort established in 2021 to provide easy access to local trades for developments in Flaxmere. This initiative strengthens the local economy by connecting community needs with skilled tradespeople.

Investia Limited:
- Providing comprehensive support services, including "He Kainga Koha" which assist you in the first 12 months of the mortgage journey, making homeownership more accessible through equity, utility or financial support.

Whakamana Ki Matauranga:
- A Māori-owned Private Training Establishment (PTE) that works with The Whakamana Group to provide a funded pathway to further accredit and empower their staff, promoting educational initiatives and lifelong learning.
